Our Real Estate Investment Fund is the dedicated property arm of our larger venture capital platform. We focus on identifying and unlocking value in land and development opportunities across the United States.
Rather than relying solely on new construction, our strategy emphasizes entitlement and rezoning approvals that materially increase land value through strategic paper approvals. By securing these rights, we capture significant upside before vertical construction even begins.
